"Making the decision to transform your life is one thing; finding the right guidance to achieve it is another. I have been looking for the right nutritionist for a while as I've been struggling with Hashimoto's and PCOS for the past 10 years and wanted to finally do something about it.

In my 40s, I realized that the single most important goal in my life is achieving and maintaining good health- a goal that's only possible with a healthy lifestyle.
I met Karishmma in Mar 2024 with her forever smiling face and positive attitude has been a guiding light throughout my journey, offering invaluable support in both mind and body training.

Karishmma has helped me understand my own body and become aware of how it functions.

Jessica Shah came to us with her major concerns of fat loss and high cholesterol levels. As a gut expert, I tend to dig deeper into her problems with the help of functional medicine tools. 🔍💪

The findings we discovered for her fat gain were primarily her high insulin levels, which started at 20.78 and dropped amazingly to 8.8 (coming closer to the optimal range). ​With our support over 6 months, we helped her achieve fantastic weight loss, reducing inflammation in her body by lowering her insulin levels and thyroid antibodies successfully.​ 🌟📉

We also helped her reduce her cholesterol levels! Her total cholesterol was 302, and it has come down to 166 now! 🎉 LDL levels went from 205.9 down to 80 (the optimal range). Her triglycerides decreased from 180 to 120, and lastly, her VLDL went from 37.2 to 24 (the optimal range). Our cumulative persistent efforts made this possible. 🎯
