No, I’m not insulted at all when people call me sensitive. Feeling things deeply is my superpower. I’m an empathetic badass.”

For so long, the world taught us that sensitivity was a weakness — that if you felt deeply, cried easily, or cared too much, you needed to toughen up. But I’ve unlearned that lie. My sensitivity is not my flaw — it’s my power.

To feel the undercurrents of emotion, to notice pain behind a smile, to love with intensity and grieve with honesty — that’s not weakness. That’s courage. Empathy is the bridge between souls, and I walk it fiercely.

I’ve been told I’m “too much.” But what they don’t see is that my depth is my strength. I don’t shut off, numb out, or fake it. I rise, every time, more aware, more compassionate, and more whole.
