For years, we have been making school uniforms and have realised something important: the biggest improvements don't come from changing how a uniform looks, they come from rethinking how it works.

Year after year children outgrew the waistband long before they outgrew the trousers. A perfectly good pair was often replaced simply because it couldn't keep up with growing bodies or everyday movement.

So we went back to the drawing board and rethought. The Result: Flexi Belt, a concealed stretch waistband that expands when it's needed and disappears when it isn't.

Something that moves with every jump, every sprint, every school day, while preserving the clean, tailored look of the uniform.

Because good design is about solving the problems people have quietly accepted for years.
