It can help someone express themselves, explore their emotions, live
out life and most of all find Happiness from the smallest things of life. In this hectic city we live in, we want people to pause & enjoy the present.It's no surprise, then, that many people around the world use art as a means to deal with stress, trauma and unhappiness – or to just find greater peace and meaning in their lives. With ‘Soukh’ we are looking at building a Self-Healing community of local artists, with an emphasis on new and emerging creators in this space. Not just that, we are also hosting creative workshops where one can learn a new art and use it for the betterment of oneself.
