You're not losing motivation.

You're returning to your old identity.

Most people think they fail at manifestation because they aren't motivated enough.

But motivation was never the real issue.

Think about it.

If you still see yourself as:
• someone who struggles with money
• someone who gets rejected
• someone who never follows through
• someone who isn't confident

then your mind will naturally pull you back toward that familiar version of yourself.

Because identity is stronger than motivation.

Your manifestations grow when your identity grows.

✨ 3 Steps to Align Your Identity With Your Desires

1️⃣ Identify the old identity

Ask yourself:

"Who do I currently believe I am?"

Write down the beliefs that repeatedly show up.

Examples:
• I'm unlucky.
• I'm not disciplined.
• Success is hard.
• Relationships never work out for me.

2️⃣ Define the new identity

Instead of focusing on what you want, focus on who you need to become.

Examples:
• I am someone who follows through.
• I am someone who receives opportunities.
• I am someone who trusts herself.
• I am someone who expects good things.

3️⃣ Prove it daily

Identity changes through evidence.

Take one small action every day that reinforces the new identity.

Not because you're motivated.

Because that's who you are becoming.

The moment your identity shifts, your actions, decisions, energy, and manifestations begin shifting too.

Its essential to cancel anxiety, panic and worried thoughts to enter Sukhiya state, the elevated emotions and calm nervous system state to manifest your desires.

Here’s how you can calm your negative anxious thoughts.

2. Deep breathing: Inhale 4s, hold 4s, exhale 4s, hold 4s. Repeat 3x.3.

3. Multisensorial mindfulness: Engage with your 5 senses one by one, sight, sound, smell, touch taste. Observe everything you can see, hear, smell, taste and touch, so it one by one.

Do these and it will immediately switch your nervous system to help you feel calm.
