When I went through my divorce, I was so happy to be out of of the toxic relationship dynamics that I have been in for 19 years that I was enjoying life so much and I wasn’t pausing to actually sit with the uncomfortable feelings that I never learned how to process.
If you want to attract emotionally available friends and soulmate, you want to start with being your own soulmate 1st.
However you want your friends to show you for you do that for yourself and whatever you want in a soulmate in terms of the qualities and the way he treats you you want to give those things to yourself first.🌹

Before we can invite in intimacy from another….We have to create the blueprint in our body.
That means making emotional intimacy a lifestyle.
When you intimate with yourself, you teach your body that it’s safe to be intimate and it also teaches your body, It’s safe to welcome and receive emotional intimate relationships.
If your body’s been in survival mode, it may think emotional intimacy is a threat, so practice making it a part of your self care rituals every day.
