RIs Jam Home made fruit jams, made with seasonal fruits and all year around love! The fruits are bought at the local market keeping in mind the seasonality.

On the quest to find tasty, tangy jams and to bring back those childhood memories, in moments of home sickness, I started to make jams myself in India. Promising feedback from friends made me more adventurous to try different combinations of fruits with less sugar usage and maximum taste!! My personal goal is to use only organic products which hopefully will be feasible one day! General ingredient

s are: seasonal fruits, fresh lime juice, sugar (mostly sulphurless and/or organic), fruit pectin. NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED!! Its fresh...and it lasts! Store at a dry cool place and enjoy upto a year. Mumbai weather conditions might change shelf live - we will get to know next year! Once opened keep in fridge and..well...enjoy!
