20 months ago, *SoulSukh began with a question that was deeply personal to me:*
*Why do we wait for a mental health crisis before we start taking care of our minds?*
Since then, we’ve been building, experimenting, learning, getting things wrong, starting again — and continuing even when the answers weren’t obvious.
Today, I’m incredibly happy to share that *I have been selected for the Stanford Seed Spark cohort. ❤️*
For me, this is more than another programme.
It is an opportunity to step outside the everyday intensity of building a company, learn from an incredible entrepreneurial ecosystem, challenge some of our assumptions, and think much bigger about what SoulSukh can become.
*We are building SoulSukh as a preventive mental wellbeing ecosystem* — making everyday mental wellbeing more accessible through technology, community, professionals and workplace interventions.
There is still a very long road ahead.
But after months of building, learning, hearing “no”, changing course and showing up again the next morning, moments like this matter.
*Not because they mean we have arrived. But because they remind us that we are moving.*
I’m excited for what I’ll learn, the people I’ll meet, and everything we will bring back into the next phase of SoulSukh.
*Onwards. ❤️*
