You can be fit even when you're not exercising.

Non-exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) is the energy exerted for everything we do that is not sleeping, eating or sports-like exercise.

Activities such as:
✓ Standing
✓ Walking within the house
✓ Leisure walk (to nearby work)
✓ Climbing stairs
✓ Household chores
✓ Cooking, cleaning
✓ Playing with kids, pets

It's weekend, so you don't have to exercise hard but don't be a sloth either! 😅

Be a - sit, laze around less and stand, walk, move around more.

You will:
Burn more calories
Strengthen metabolism
Improve digestion
