हे सगळं सांभाळताना अनेक बाबा स्वतःच्या मनाकडे लक्ष द्यायलाच विसरतात.

नेहमी मजबूत दिसणाऱ्या व्यक्तीलाही कधी आधार, विश्रांती आणि कोणीतरी मनापासून विचारावं,
"तू ठीक आहेस ना?" याची गरज असते.

हा प्रश्न कधी कधी खूप मोठा आधार ठरतो. आज कोणाला तरी नक्की विचारा.
