1) Tremendous response from nurses working in NMC as well as private hospitals in and around Nashik.🥳🥳🥳
Around 10-12 nurses from Malegaon also attended

NOGS Annual Conference was held on the 7 th and 8 th December 2024 at Hotel Treat, Nashik.
It was attended by over 270 delegates from in and around Nashik.

Day 1♦️♦️♦️

Two workshops were organised
1) Endometriosis workshop
2) LSCS workshop.

Eminent faculties for the workshops included Dr Bhaskar Pal, Dr Sachin Kulkarni, Dr Prashant Bhambre, Dr Neha Lad , Dr Sameer Soneji, Dr Praveen R , Dr Parag Deshmukh , Dr Arti Parakh ,Dr Anisha Gala, Dr Rahul Mayekar, Dr Sanjay Kadam, Dr Nilesh Tatar

The postlunch session had an interactive panel discussion on Breast diseases
Faculties were Dr Shailesh Bondarde ,Dr Ajay Jadhav, Dr Yojana Nalawade, Dr Vijaylaxmi Ganorkar, Dr Sujata Kulkarni
The session was conducted well by Dr Vrishali Rajadhyaksha and Dr Geetanjali Borse.

In association with NOGS ♦️♦️13/8/24 conducted a breast feeding awareness session at Civil Hospital, Nashik

Highlights ⭐️⭐️⭐️

1) Attended by over 200 nurses ( including first/ second/ third year students) with their senior staff

2) Dr Sangita Wagh addressed the various aspects of breast feeding including problems faced during breast feeding, mastitis, etc.

NOGS team 24-25 conducted monthly outreach programmes in and around in Nashik PHCs. These included antenatal check-ups and detection of high risk pregnancies. High risk cases like severe anemia, placenta praevia, BOH etc. were followed up. Adolescent girls were educated regarding menstrual hygiene, diet in exercise.
Gynaecologists from Nashik actively participated in these programmes with the aim of reducing maternal morbidity and mortality.

NOGS, in collaboration with SAFOG, Gestosis, ISOPARB, SMBT Institute of Medical Sciences conducted a workshop on hypertensive disorders in pregnancy on 28 June 2024 at The SMBT medical college, Igatpuri which was attended by Gynaecologists, medical students and nurses. Eminent faculty included Dr Farhana Devan, Bangladesh ObGy society president, Dr Suchitra Pandit, SAFOG chairman and many other stalwarts. The Operation Theatre (OT) is an integral part of our profession. The NOGS team 24-25 held monthly clinical meetings related to the OT. Every topic had a speaker who was an expert in this area. This was followed by a senior gynecologist sharing his/her experiences on the same topic.

Hello Friends 🌷🌷🌷

A big thank you to all our NOGS family for their overwhelming support and encouragement on 18th May 2024.
The Masterclass on Fertility Basics conducted by stalwarts Dr Chaitanya Nagori sir and Dr Sonal Panchal madam was a huge success 🌸🌸🌸
Main highlights of the programme were,
1) The programme, held at Hotel Treat , started on time.
2) The entire venue was set in a pink theme right from flyers to seating arrangements, a concept envisioned by Dr Sangita Wagh.🌸🌸🌸
3) It was attended by over 105 plus members 👏👏
4) Dr Chaitanya Nagori sir enthralled the audience with his very basic explanation of pretreatment counselling and investigations and how to optimise IUI results 👍
5) Dr Panchal madam captivated the audience with her talk on Transvaginal scan and cleared our basics👍
6) The inauguration ceremony was crisp and NOGS felicitated EBC Trekkers for their successful mission including DrRavindra Shivade Sir
