I saw a 12th-class person dispensing medicine with the help of pharma renting. Indian pharma companies are manufacturing medicines with BA pass or BSc/MSc graduates, and they are even giving more priority to those people, very rarely hiring BPharm or MPharm. Then we pharmacists try to find jobs and secure our future. Why is our concerned authority not taking any action? Even in government hospitals, non-pharma people are dispensing medicines, and doctors are selling their own created brand products. Please wake up and look into it.
