We have had clients who said, their goal weight is 70kg, achieved the 70kg mark and still felt "something's missing". We also had clients whose goal weight was 70kg, didn't reach the 70kg mark BUT had achieved more than what they were expecting from themselves.

We can literally decide their future. Lot of times, we tend to feed chocolates, candies, chips and biscuits to the kids out of love.
It's okay sometimes, but not to the point that they become addicted to sugar and sugary things. And this is exactly what happens in most of the cases.
All the obesity related diseases are due to our eating and overall lifestyle which have been passed down from generation to generation.
So instead, we can help the next generation by not passing down our 'genetic' diseases 😇

People NEED to understand this.

If you see some sportsperson saying that vegetable oil is 'Heart healthy' or baked chips are better than other chips or a Dietitian telling you to eat sweets 'whenever you want to'....
It does NOT mean they are correct.

They won't take the responsibility if you get diabetes or clogged arteries because of their promotions/ social media posts.

Do your own research rather than listening to 'influencers' and your health will be better👍.

This is what happened with 'Natural Fruits'. 👇

People consume lots of fruits thinking fruits are very healthy, without realizing that they have loads of sugar in them.
Especially the modern day fruits are bred to be extra sweet.

Consuming 'lots of fruits' as per traditional guidelines is not ideal for majority of the population.
