The Two Sacred Gates: Mind & Tongue
By Niti | Master
In today's chaotic world, what is the most essential thing required is to keep calm .
With my many clients, I mostly hear my clients ask me one thing again and again: that they are facing problems, why do I feel so restless? Why do I react and then regret?
What to do in such situations...
All the things that affect us are 90 to 95 per cent external factors. But we forget we hold two powerful tools within: Can you guess?
Our Mind and Our Tongue.
In Reiki, we know energy flows from top to bottom. The mind sits above the tongue for a reason.
The Universe is telling us: Think before you speak.
Your mind wanders, flooded with thoughts. Your mind is like an open window. Thoughts fly in all day. But 95% are not yours. They are fear, judgment, old wounds, and social noise.
Only 2-5% are truly constructive, soul-aligned thoughts.
When the mind wanders, you become energetically vulnerable. What is required then?
But here’s the grace: No one knows your inner storm… until you speak it.
Your tongue is the gate. It can either drain your energy or protect your peace.
The Reiki Practice: 21 Days to Inner Calm
1. Honor the Silence
When your mind is flooded, choose maun. Silence is not empty. It’s Reiki. It’s where your aura repairs itself.
2. Speak Less. Pause Before You Speak
Before every word, take one conscious breath. Feel your feet. Ask: “Is this word healing or harming?”
At first, this takes effort. You are retraining centuries of habit.
3. Witness the Shift After 21 Days
If you hold this practice consciously for 21 days, something shifts.
You no longer “try” to be calm. You become calm.
The awkward, reactive, vulnerable moments fade.
Because a quiet bliss begins to sprout within. You feel it in your Heart Chakra.
And once you taste that peace… You won’t trade it for the world’s chaos. Because there is calmness inside you, sprouting ..and you start to feel the bliss of it.
Soul Reminder
You cannot stop the storm outside.
But you can close the windows. You can guard the gates.
Master your mind. Bless your tongue.
That is where your true Reiki begins – not on the table, but in daily life.
