is not present in the earth's atmosphere naturally. It is a secondary gas created when sunlight and heat react with certain chemicals present in the air.
We know that ozone gas is present in the outdoor/ambient air. But what we don't realize is that we have potential ozone emitters in our homes too. Because we spend more than 90% of our time indoors, the ozone present indoors is much more harmful than the ambient ozone. And the worst part is that we don't even know which appliances emit ozone indoors and their hidden dangers. Ozone is a dangerous gas, and if inhaled, it can damage several healthy and working organs of an individual. There is no doubt that ozone can be poisonous to your body system and potentially cause death. Ozone emissions not only impact humans but impact the ecosystem as well. If ozone emissions in nature are beyond the limits, it can affect the entire ecosystem, further affecting the whole food chain.
We are unaware of the hidden dangers of ozone exposure outside and inside our homes. There is no doubt that ozone can kill you.
