WHAT IS MK-677(growth harmone)

(MK-677) is a chemical that has the characteristics of human growth hormone (HGH). It is an orally active growth hormone secretagogue. A secretagogue causes substances to be secreted. MK677 has the ability because of its ability to mimic the GH stimulating action a hormone called “ghrelin.” Ghrelin is categorized as a peptide, commonly referred to as “the hunger hormone,” which explains the drastic rise in appetite with 677 use. Ghrelin plays a large role in regulating the distribution as well as rate of energy use. SIDE-EFFECTS:

DOSING:
Studies conducted had dosing between 5-25 mg per day, with 25 mg being the most common and effective dose. MK677 has a 24 hour half life and showed to be best tolerated when fed to rats each morning on an empty stomach. MK677 has extreme benefits in regards to helping with a deeper sleep however it can interfere with sleep patterns if taken too late at night or too close to bed time. MK677 can be used continuously for 1-2 years with no concern of desensitizing.
