💧 Can you naturally increase low amniotic fluid during pregnancy?

The answer depends on why the amniotic fluid is low. 🤰 If dehydration is the cause, staying well hydrated by drinking enough water and fluids may help. In some cases, your doctor may also recommend IV fluids. However, not every case of low amniotic fluid can be improved naturally.
