Cleansing is the first and a very important step in skincare routine. Don't do it wrong.
If, after cleansing your skin feels tight it means that the cleanser you are using is too harsh. Go in for mild cleansers, there are oil based cleansers, jelly cleansers, clay cleansers which will not leave your skin feeling dry and tight and at the same time clean your skin nicely and thoroughly.

Also, having a ton of active ingredients in your cleanser will not help much since it really does not stay on your skin long enough for any of the actives to work, so it's just a marketing gimmick.
Don't go in for foaming cleansers as well since they contain high levels of alcohol. By foaming cleanser I do not mean the ones which give u foam after rubbing on your hands, instead I am talking about the ones that are pumped out of a bottle as foam itself.

Try gentle cleansers, now this does not mean that these will not clean your face. They will. And actually they work beautifully. You will not know the difference until you try it out yourself. The gentle cleansers which are either clay based or oil based, leave your skin feeling clean and soft and lovely.

UV rays cause skin cancer and if that isn’t bad enough it causes your skin to age faster than it should, contributing to unsightly wrinkles.
If you must play in the sun, make certain you are using an adequate sunscreen. Don’t leave home without it!

Well actually, The sun gives off rays of light that can help and harm us. Even though you can’t see UV rays, they can go through your skin. Melanin protects our skin and also creates vitamin D. When your body defends itself against UV rays, your skin tans or darkens. You know this as sunburn.

Now, there are benefits as well of being out in the sun. It creates vitamin D, which absorbs calcium. Your body needs calcium to build and maintain healthy bones.

Well, You can enjoy some lovely sunshine and also prevent the harmful effects of sun exposure. Get to know your body and how it reacts to sun.

Use sunscreen. The higher the SPF, the more it will protect against UV rays. The FDA suggests using SPF 15 or greater. Broad-exposure sunscreen blocks out both UVA and UVB. You should apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going outside. Remember to apply overlooked areas, like your ears, lips, and hairline. You should reapply sunscreen every 2 hours. You also should reapply after swimming or sweating.

Plan your exposure. Avoid direct sun between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. This is when the sun’s rays are strongest. Be careful in locations that are closer to the equator.

Take breaks. Too much sun exposure is harmful. Go inside, get in the shade, or use an umbrella.

Cover up. Wear clothing and hats to protect your skin from UV rays. This should always apply to babies and kids, who are more sensitive. You also should wear sunglasses that block UV rays.
