Feeling stressed, tired, or overwhelmed?
Take a pause… just for a moment.
Close your eyes.
Place your hand on your heart.
Take a deep breath in… and slowly breathe out…
Now gently repeat:
I release all stress from my mind and body.
I let go of tension and worry.
I am safe… I am calm… I am at peace.
Every cell in my body is relaxing and healing.
I choose ease… I choose balance… I choose peace.
