It was a great pleasure to be invited as a guest speaker for the workshop on "Childhood Bipolar Disorders: The Outliers" with Dr Abir Mukherjee Sir and Dr Subrata Naskarda.
It was a wonderful experience to discuss some clinical crossroads along with good participation from the audience.
I want to sincerely thank Odisha State Branch of Indian Psychiatric Society(IPS) and East Zone- IPS for conducting such a nice conference and providing warm hospitality.

April is the Autism Awareness Month!!
It was my pleasure to be invited as a Panelist a few days back representing the field of Psychiatry in a workshop conducted by India Autism Centre in collaboration with the Society of Paediatric Neurology..It was a wonderful experience to listen and discuss with Developmental Paediatricians, Paediatric Neurologists , Occupational therapists, Speech and language Therapists, Special Educators and Psychologists , Social Activists, Parents rearing up children on the spectrum and some Children who are facing the challenges and trying find some solutions... Nowadays due to awareness and scientific evolution we are able to understand a lot of things happening in Autism and detect it earlier but we are a long way away yet!!! As a society we need to be more inclusive and take everybody along with us. I really want to thank Jasodhara Chaudhuri Ma'am and other members for inviting me for the programme.
