As our body is also made mostly of water, the lunar cycle impacts greatly on us too! So we must Meditate more n more during the Full Moon and New Moon and other Natural Phenomenons. We must harness this high energy flow and meditate alot!!!!

Meditate ∆ Spread Meditation ∆ Use Pyramids.
