Sometimes, the toughest cases bring the most meaningful outcomes.

Handled a patient with two previous cesarean sections and dense adhesions, who had been refused surgery at multiple centers due to high risk. With careful planning, patience, and surgical precision, successfully performed the cesarean.

Happy to share that both mother and baby are doing well.

LAPAROSCOPIC MANAGEMENT:

➡️ Mucinous cystadenoma, 10×8 cm
➡️ Patient had 2 previous C-sections, TAH, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and appendectomy
➡️ Severe adhesions — mass stuck to bowel, omentum, anterior abdominal wall, and lateral pelvic wall

Procedure:
Complete laparoscopic adhesiolysis and dissection.
Mass removed intact in an endo-bag without spillage.
No conversion to open surgery.

Patient recovered well and went home with small scars.
