When we start learning Yoga, we often compare it with other forms of exercises like body weight exercises, running, cycling and especially gyming.

While all these forms have their own benefits and reasons to do, the one thing that actually let Yoga stand taller that Yoga just does not work on physical level but it also helps you to become a better person mentally, emotionally and spritually.

My heart litrally cries when I see our young generations doing alcohal and other kinds of party at the bank of holy river Ganga.

I feel like crying when I see people throwing plastic bottles and chips packets in it!

Yes, the Ganga which is considered as one of the holiest river on this planet Earth. The Ganga which is a vital source of life on this Earth. The Ganga which is worshiped and considered as "Mother" by millions of people since thousands of years.

Isn't just a shame that where our western friends are coming here to learn meditation and yoga at its bank, our own people throw garbage and treat it like a dustbin?

Why are we forgetting our own roots and our beautiful culture?
Why can't we appreciate our own things?
Why are we not proud of our own customs and tradition?

Feel free to try everything but ultimately you will have to come back to Him only. There is no other way out. हर हर मह...

In chasing those bigger dreams, how often we ignore or do not even notice those small things which we are blessed with. Sometimes, that little hug, sometimes that one cup of tea with that friend or sometimes just those stupid conversations with our friends.

In last few years, life has certainly taught me this beautiful lesson that no matter how difficult the time is but we should never complain about it but rather focus upon the blessings which we have received. If there is nothing much to think about, is this life less than any blessings in its own?
