Relationship with food
While counselling the clients I come across many clients who have a dysfunctional relationship with food.
people try to lose weight by avoiding food but that never works.
They believe that XYZ food makes that fat so they always avoid food.
so my advice to all of you is food is our best friend.we should always pray before eating food and thank god so that we become conscious of eating anything unhealthy.

Today I will solve the most common query that I have received from my clients.so exactally what is muscle?
Muscle is a metabolic furnace which burns additional calories 24 hrs a day.
❗️A pound of muscle burns 6 calories a day.
❗️A pound of fat tissue burns only 2 calories a day.
The more muscle you build more calories you can burn.
