My name is Kosta Psaltis and I have been practicing yoga for over two years.

As an avid cyclist, I originally started yoga in order to alleviate pain I was having as a result of the sport. However, yoga is now something that I do every day both for the physical benefits and the peace of mind that results from practice. As an intermediate level yoga student, I feel most comfo

rtable and effective teaching people who are either completely new to yoga or have done a little practice in the past. I love practicing with other intermediate students but I can't provide as much teaching for them. How to start your Kosta Yoga experience

In general, I am most available in the evenings on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Classes have no charge but if you have a good experience there is a $5 suggested donation per class. Call or text 360-485-7186 or send me a Facebook message to schedule a class!
