*The Law of Wasted Effort*

Do you know that lions only succeed in a quarter of their hunting attempts which means they fail in 75% of their attempts and succeeds in only 25% of them.

Despite this small percentage shared by most predators, they don't despair in their pursuit and hunting attempts.

The main reason for this is not because of hunger as some might think but it is the understanding of the “Law of Wasted Efforts” that have been instinctively built into animals, a law in which nature is governed.

Half of the eggs of fishes are eaten... half of the baby bears die before puberty... most of the world's rains fall in oceans... and most of the seeds of trees are eaten by birds.

Scientists have found that animals, trees, and other forces of nature are more receptive to the law of "wasted efforts".

Only humans think that the lack of success in a few attempts is failure... but the truth is that: we only fail when we "stop trying".

Success is not to have a life free of pitfalls and falls... but success is to walk over your mistakes and go beyond every stage where your efforts were wasted looking forward to the next stage.

If there is a word that summarizes this world, it will simply be : continue all over again.

story ----GRANDFATHER

A Pathan hat-seller who was passing by a forest decided to take a nap under one of the trees, so he left his whole basket of hats by the side.

A few hours later, he woke up and realized that all his hats were one. He looked up and to his surprise, the tree was full of monkeys and they had taken all his hats.

Pathan sits down and thinks of how he can get the hats down. While thinking he started to scratch his head. The next moment, the monkeys were doing the same. Next, he took down his own hat, the monkeys did exactly the same.

An idea came to him, he took his hat and threw it on the floor and the monkeys did that too. So he finally managed to get all his hats back.

Fifty years later, his grandson, also became a hat-seller and had heard this monkey story from his grandfather father. One day, just like his father, he passed by the same forest. It was very hot, and he took a nap under the same tree and left the hats on the floor.

He woke up and realized that all his hats were taken by the monkeys on the tree. He remembered his grandfather's words, he started scratching his head and the monkeys followed. He took down his hat and fanned himself and again the monkeys followed.

Now, very convinced of his grandfather's idea, he threw his hat on the floor but to his surprise, the monkeys still held on to all the hats.

Then one monkey climbed down the tree, grabbed the hat on the floor, gave him a slap and said, "You think only you have a grandfather?

बिहार के कुछ भैया लोगों की मीटिंग हुई।
मुद्दा था स्वतंत्रता संग्राम !!
समस्या ये कि बिहार को भारत से आज़ाद कैसे कराया जाय।
भैया बसेसर : आज़ाद कराना कौनो मुसकिल काम नहीं है। पर हम बिहार का विकास कैसे करेंगे ये सोचने वाली बात है।
भैया देवीदीन : एक काम करते हैं। हम लोग मिल कर अमरीका पर हमला कर देंगे।
भैया चिरौंजीलाल : अरे इ का भैया। अमरीका पर हमला !! ऊ से का होई ??
देवीदीन : अरे भैया !! जैसे हम लोग हमला करेंगे। अमेरिका हमको हरा देगा। और हमारे राज्य पर कब्ज़ा कर लेगा। फिर कायदे से हम लोग अमेरिका के ही नागरिक कहलायेंगे। ऊ खुद्दे अपना डेव्लापमेंट करता ही रहता है हमरा भी सत्थे हो जायेगा।
भैया राघो :अरे वाह भैया !! फिर तो न कौनो वीसा न पासपोर्ट ! अपना सब रुपैया डॉलर बन जायेगा। मेम से सादी करेंगे। लड़के अंग्रेजी बोलेंगे।
किनारे बैठे फूफा जी चुप थे।
का फूफा तुम कुछु नहीं बोल रहे हो ??
फूफा : अरे हम ये सोच रहा हूँ की अगर हमले में हम लोग जीत गए तब क्या होगा।
