Hi everyone!

Today, KAISH MedED completes one year on YouTube.
And honestly, this journey was not easy for me.

When I started, I had almost zero knowledge about YouTube, content creation, editing and all those things.

But one question kept coming to my mind again and again...
"Will I be able to continue this?"

But today, it’s been one year...
And I did it.

And honestly, I’m really proud of myself.

Many times I felt like nothing was happening.
I was disappointed. I was discouraged. I felt low.
But deep down I knew - this is just a phase. A phase I have to pass to reach where I want to be.

And yes, I know I couldn’t upload videos consistently because of my studies, exams and other work.
But even when I was irregular, I never stopped completely.
Whenever I got a small opportunity, I tried to make a video.

And I think that's my biggest achievement - I didn't quit when quitting felt easier.

Most importantly, I didn't create this YouTube channel just to earn money or for fame.

I have a big dream behind KAISH MedED.
And right now, I’m not going to tell you...
It’s a secret. 😂

But then the question is...
Why did I actually start this YouTube channel?

The truth is...
There were so many areas of my life that I wanted to improve.

I wanted to become more confident.
I wanted to communicate better.
I wanted to express myself better.
And honestly, there were so many more things I wanted to work on.

So for me, this was never just a channel for making videos.
It became my way of working on myself.

And even today, I’m still learning, still improving, still trying to become a better version of myself.

At last, I just want to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me, encouraging me, watching my boring videos, and staying connected with me.

Your love and support really means a lot to me.

I hope you will continue to be a part of this journey...
And I hope you will love Year 2 of KAISH MedED even more. ❤️

Thank you so much.

KAISH MedED — Year 2 begins.
.. Year 2 begins.

How do probiotics support gut health ??

If you're trying to improve your gut health, you've probably heard about probiotics. These are basically beneficial bacteria that can help support the natural balance of bacteria in your digestive system.

Here are some ways probiotics may help you:

1. Better digestion:
Probiotics can support your digestive system and help your gut process certain foods.

2. A healthier gut balance:
They can help maintain a healthy balance of microorganisms in your gut.

3. More regular bowel movements:
Certain probiotic strains may help if you occasionally deal with constipation or irregular bowel habits.

4. Support after antibiotics:
Some probiotics may help reduce the risk or duration of certain types of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.

5. Less digestive discomfort:
Depending on the strain, probiotics may help some people with symptoms such as bloating.

6. Support your gut barrier:
Beneficial bacteria contribute to the normal protective function of your intestinal lining.

7. Support your immune system:
Your gut and immune system are closely connected, so maintaining a healthy gut microbiome can support normal immune function.

Just keep in mind that probiotics aren't a magic cure. Different strains have different effects, so the probiotic that helps one person may not necessarily have the same effect on you.

Along with probiotics, don't forget the basics:
*eat plenty of fiber-rich foods,
*include a variety of fruits and vegetables, *stay hydrated,
*and consider fermented foods such as yogurt.

Your gut is a whole ecosystem, so it's usually better to think about supporting it consistently rather than looking for one quick fix.
