The mission of our page is -To support every individual mentally and physically through Yogabhyasa and make the world a better place to live in. Help in sharing the ancient wisdom of Yoga which is the most wonderful and powerful door for anyone wanting to uplift, heal, and empower themselves in their day-to-day life. Our body is made up of five elements, earth, water, fire, air, and space. Likewise, our health is a combination of our physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. So just taking care of our physical health is not enough, we have to take very good care of our mental and emotional well-being as well. Everyone is unique and different, just like the five fingers in our hands are different. Similarly, all the yoga postures are not for all body types. For different body types, yoga postures are also different. Being in awareness you can observe and know which types of practices are good for you. You can learn the ancient techniques that are linked with each other. Including Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Mudra, Dhyana, Shat karma, Panchakarma, Ayurveda, Acupressure, and different types of healing techniques. Asana means a state of being, in which one can remain physically, mentally, and emotionally - calm, quiet, steady, and comfortable. Mudra Mudra means "gesture". Some mudras involve the entire body while most are performed with the hands and fingers. Different types such as hasta, mana, kaya, bandha, and adhara mudra allow us to go inward and recharge our energy levels. Pranayama The word pranayama is made of two words Parana + Ayama. "Prana" means life force energy and "Ayama" means to regulate. It involves breathing practices that help in increasing the prana level in the physical body. It is the prana or life force in us that nourishes the mind and keeps the mind and body healthy. Shatkarma is the Sanskrit term for one of the six yogic purification techniques. Shatkarma aims to attain physical and mental - purification and balance. The purpose of these cleansing techniques is to keep the mind and body pure, strong, and healthy. They are said to remove toxins and anything blocking the flow of prana in the body. According to scriptures, imbalance in doshas and/or five elements will result in illness. Panchakarma includes five natural methods of elimination, thus giving the body an intensively detoxifying effect. It balances the three doshas which are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems. It was developed in India more than 3,000 years ago. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Your unique physical makeup, emotional makeup, and primary life force are taken into account, and also the balance between all these three elements. Dhyana means profound meditation which is the penultimate stage of yoga. Acupressure It is based on the concept of life energy which flows through "meridians" in the body. In treatment, physical pressure is applied to acupressure points with the aim of clearing blockages in these meridians.
