CT showing RP mass abutting gerota fascia , IVC, vertebrae.. and involving psaos muscle
MRI abdomen showing no vertebral foramen extension..however arising from L1 n L2 divisions of femoral nerve

Femoral nerve looped at the beginning of procedure....intraop..only L1 division involved.....
Mass removed with negative margins...sacrificing L1 division..
Patient discharged without any limb weakness
