🧪 Normal vs. Abnormal

Small amount: Can be normal, especially if urine is acidic (pH < 6.0).

Large amount: May indicate a problem such as:

Gout

Dehydration

Kidney stones (uric acid type)

High purine intake (meat, fish, organ meats)

Chemotherapy or tumor lysis syndrome

1. High uric acid in blood (Hyperuricemia)

2. Low urine pH (acidic urine)

3. Dehydration

4. High-protein or purine-rich diet

5. Certain diseases: gout, renal disorders, metabolic syndrome
