This is a case study of a complex shoulder arthroplasty where severe glenoid deficiency and anatomical constraints meant a conventional implant solution would not be optimal. The approach required careful reconsideration.

Through advanced CT-based 3D surgical planning and a patient-specific design pathway, a Patient-Specific Custom ReGlen Implant was designed for this challenging anatomy.
