A 64-year-old woman presents to the outpatient department with complaints of facial flushing, chronic diarrhoea and difficulty breathing for the last 2 months. You review her previous workup, which includes her biopsy reports that reveal a neuroendocrine tumour. Due to her frail condition, the multidisciplinary team decided that surgery would not be possible.
