Ein af fallegustu stundunum á Health for the Future 2026 var kvenheilsuvinnustofan okkar.

Þvílík orka, gleði, einlæg samtöl og samvera! ❤️ Það var sérstaklega ánægjulegt að sjá hversu margir karlar tóku líka þátt í umræðunni.

Innilegar þakkir til Dr. Shabnam Sarshar sem leiddi vinnustofuna af mikilli hlýju og skapaði rými fyrir opnar umræður, reynslusögur og nýjar tengingar.

Kvenheilsa á skilið meiri athygli, meiri rannsóknir og opnari umræðu. Og það er svo mikilvægt að við tökum öll þátt í því samtali.

Við hlökkum til að halda áfram að byggja á þessu á næsta ári! 🌿

💚 Really grateful to CannaReporter and Margarita Cardoso de Meneses for this interview ahead of Health for the Future.

“The future of health will not come from a single system, profession, or plant.”

That sentence really captures why I created Health for the Future — to bring together science, medicine, patient experience, women’s health, human rights, nature and new approaches to wellbeing.

The conversations need to be bigger, more open and more connected.
