My inspirational thought of the day nr 17.
Now that you know how to create your day you can change the way you feel about the tasks you must accomplish. Ask yourself this simple question "what would i love to do today?" Then go through your day in your mind using "i would love to...." Ex " i would love to go to work, i would love to make breakfast for my children because..." Add because to become aware of your reasons. Then add to your daily routine something that you would really love to do. By using the words "i would love to" you are changing the way you feel about the different tasks. Words affect your nervous system and your body's chemistry.

Do you find it difficult to get out of bed in the morning and start your day?
Start your day with a short meditation where you create in your mind the perfect day. See yourself going to work feeling happy and energized, see yourself and other people behaving just the way you wish they would. You will be amazed to see what happens.
