I don't know what else to say. I'm just happy every time i see how I'm now compared to Nov 2024, it's night and day. Barely 1 year and 6 months apart. The journey will never be over, i enjoy seeing myself grow and change for the better.

I'm astonished by my progress, how can just 1.5 years lead to enormous changes. But still I'm in that limbo, where one day you feel great and the other you spiral down. Focus on your health, whatever the reason, whatever you want to achieve, your body is the priority.
Your mental health will improve too.
Years ago i knew how hard it was to just stand up, and some days it still is, but, it's not comparable to now. Getting up from the bed or a sitting position now is easy as moving a finger, and just this, does a lot to my mental health.
I still have a long road in front of me, but i know for once in my life, I'm choosing the good one.
Still fighting my autoimmune condition.
