Regina Sara Ryan is a writer, retreat teacher, contemplative and former nun, whose work focused extensively around the spirituality of women across traditions. Regina is not on social media and don’t have a website, but you can find all the books she wrote online.
For me, crossing my path with her, and interviewing her means coming in contact with the greater legacy of beings who have been brining into the light the wisdom of women.

Who gets to speak about the Divine?

This question has stayed with me for years.

Not because women have been absent from spiritual life. They have always prayed, practiced, loved, surrendered, served, taught, transmitted, and awakened.

But too often, the public language of spiritual authority has belonged to men.

*Women in Love with the Divine* began as a listening practice: a journey into the voices of women teachers across Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, and nondual traditions.

Not to find “the feminine version” of spirituality.

But to hear what becomes visible when women speak from their own realization.

What I found was devotion as intelligence, softness as strength, the body as a place of knowing, and love as a path of transformation.

This is the thread I keep following through Women Awakening Project.

I met Erica in India a few months ago, and a beautiful journey together began 🤍

I recently went through her Awakening Softness program, and I can honestly say it has been such a meaningful and supportive process for me in this moment of transition.

A space to slow down.
To listen more deeply.
To reconnect with the softness that is already within.

Because it touched me so deeply, I decided to bring this offering into Le Blu.

When life appears in black and white, it may be because an inner shadow is asking to be seen.

Shadows are the parts of us that have not yet been fully embraced by the light of our awareness.

And there are many ways to meet them.

One of them is dance.

I didn’t know it was possible to dance with parts of ourselves until I met Paramjyoti Carola Stieber, .dance_paramjyoti, a teacher of sacred dance.

Sacred dance is a form of prayer in which the body becomes a vessel for the Divine.

It is possible to dance with anger.
To invite sadness into movement.
To let the body speak with what lives within us.

As I settle into life in Oslo, our Weekly Meditation Meetup is finding a new rhythm. 💗

For now, we’ll meet on Saturdays at 6 pm Oslo time — 9 am Los Angeles, 12 pm New York.

This may shift during the summer, but for now this feels like the gentlest way to include both Europe and the US.
