The Vantastic Life Follow us if you want to see people doing crazy workouts in even crazier places! Unfortunately we are both pretty strong.

We are a couple traveling around the US to all of the National Parks while we keep up our jobs, and competitive CrossFit schedules. With the ability to work from anywhere we decided to try something new, and with the goal of visiting all of the National Parks, we figured why not make this happen now...

The tricky part is that we love CrossFit, and doing it a LOT (meaning multiple hours a day). So

, we found a vehicle that could accommodate our need for adventure PLUS haul around 500 (plus) pounds of CrossFit gear. Or fortunately... depending on how you look at it :-). If you follow us you will see all of the cool things that we are seeing, plus some crazy CrossFit workouts in very strange places, plus you'll probably learn a thing or two about nutrition and meal prep (which you could do on the road or at home). If you have any questions for us, just ask. :-)

Who is the Forbidden Dreadnought E actually for?

If your rides are fast shuttle-road climbs followed by steep, rowdy descents, this bike makes a lot of sense. If you mostly ride tight singletrack and blue flow trails, it may be more bike than you need.

Bike parks unlock progress! Laps on laps on laps! It's crazy how a day or two at the bike park can improve your skills so much faster than going on a pedal ride or two. Oh, and downhill bikes are fun ;-).
