I came home from my first official retreat last week and I’m still feeling the beautiful energy of it as I prepare to launch my next one in Italy (comment below if you want to be among the first to know!).
To be honest, I’ve doubted myself a lot this year. I moved through a lot of old trauma this Summer. It’s hard to unearth pain of the last to heal it. I continue to do so as I know that’s how I can create space for MORE. It’s not always easy.
BUT, I’ve also found some of the most amazing women, who I feel sure are soul sisters, meant to come into my life.
I’m also about to move in with my love of 5.5 years (we are very independent so this is a big deal 🤣), I just bought a car, and my niece was just born, so I’d say I have a lot to be grateful for. I am embodying that feeling as much as possible.
5-10 years ago I never could have imagined where I’d be now. I couldn’t imagine the person I’ve rediscovered, the ways I’ve stripped away old conditioning, false beliefs to uncover the truth, the light of who I am.
I want to help as many people as possible do the same. There is a light burning inside of all of us. The essence, the truth, the deepest parts of who we really are. It’s just covered by layers and layers of what we’ve picked up through life.
Let’s UNCOVER YOUR LIGHT. You’ll feel more confident, more in your purpose. You’ll attract the right people into your life that will feed and not drain your energy. You will feel less anxiety, overwhelm. You will feel deeper love for yourself and others.
