🥰📝Here another result relevant for the AINCP project and for all neurorehabilitation processes supported by robotic devices and technologies. New technologies still face several barriers for a wider dissemination, because in clinical environments little is known about the real needs of patients and their caregivers when they undertake a rehabilitation process.
For the process of technology acceptability and adoption, a new survey has been developed to address patients needs in research settings in the context of neurorehabilitation. The new framework will provide more ground for the co-design of the technology with the patients and caregivers themselves. “This approach aims to develop future rehabilitation strategies that utilize the increasing availability of neurorehabilitation technologies in a more effective and personalized way.” Researchers from various Italian research institutes, universities and projects (including AINCP researchers) contributed to this important work.
