🌍🇸🇬 When challenges turn into opportunities, Nova Siria finds the solution.

In 2022 in Singapore, our Duofit D20-D once again demonstrated its full versatility. 💧

Designed for repairing longitudinal cracks, in this project it was successfully deployed to connect two ends of DN2000 PE pipes which, due to design constraints, could not be moved.

Thanks to its split-shell design and a 600 mm body length, the connection was achieved directly over the gap between the pipes without requiring any additional movement, significantly reducing downtime and operational complexity. 🔧

💧 Novagrip: The evolution protecting tomorrow’s pipelines.
Developed in 2011 through the collaboration between Nova Siria and R2M for the Vyrnwy project in the UK, Novagrip is the system designed to ensure stability and safety in Close Fit relining applications.
🔧 Thanks to its end-load restraint function, it prevents PE liner displacement while delivering a dual hydraulic seal between the new pipe and the existing host pipeline, enabling the rehabilitation of water networks without full replacement
🧪 Rigorous testing, including 1,000 hours at 80°C, has confirmed material reliability and overall system performance, establishing Novagrip as a proven solution for critical infrastructure.
