Guided Grief Solutions Helping Grieving Hearts Find Hope & Healing. Launching FALL 2026!

31/08/2026

After losing your spouse, where are you beginning to see glimpses of your light again? 🤍

Maybe it’s a morning you wake up and the weight feels a little lighter. A laugh that catches you off guard. A moment you feel present again, even briefly.

And as those glimpses grow - what is helping you reconnect with the woman you are becoming, while still carrying the love of the life you had?

Both can be true at once. You can hold your love for what was, and still make room for who you’re becoming. 💚

Share below - we’d love to hear where you’re finding your light.

Grief brought me to my knees.

I remember giving Stephen CPR - for a long time I could only go so far into that memory before it became too painful, and I'd turn away. Avoiding it only made things worse.

So I sat with it instead, and found where my grief was living in my body. That awareness is what let me heal it and release it.

This is not suggested in the first year after loss; please do this with the support of a trusted professional or certified grief coach.

Your light has always shined brightly. But grief has a way of dimming it - not because it’s gone, but because grief takes up so much space that it overshadows everything else for a while.

Here’s what I’ve learned: when you learn to sit with your grief instead of running from it, you’re not weakening your light. You’re honoring it.

And that’s where the shift happens. By feeling into your grief instead of avoiding it, you open the door to coming back brighter and stronger than you were before.

To me, that’s the beautiful gift hidden inside the chaos.

If you’re in it right now - you’re not losing yourself. You’re finding your way back to all of you.

Before losing my husband, my boundaries looked one way. After? Completely different. 🤍

Grief reshapes what we’re able to give - and what we need to protect.

This week’s question: What did your boundaries look like before losing your spouse? And what do they look like now, as you navigate grief and protect your time, energy, and emotional space?

Sometimes we don’t realize how much we’ve grown until we look back. Notice the change. Honor the strength it took to get here. 💚

Share your before and after in the comments, this community wants to hear it.

After losing Stephen, I learned that grief changed how much I could carry.

I couldn’t always show up, say yes, or give the way I once did. And I had to learn that it was okay to honor that.

For me, boundaries became less about saying no to others and more about saying yes to what I needed in that moment.

If you’re navigating widowhood, I hope you give yourself that same permission.

What have you learned to make space for - or step away from - in widowhood? Tell me below. đź’š

Your worth didn’t leave with him. 🤍

That’s something I had to remind myself over and over in the early days. Grief has a way of clouding how you see yourself - some days I couldn’t recognize the woman looking back at me.

But self worth was never something to prove or earn. It’s simply the value you hold because you exist.

So even on the days grief makes you feel invisible, please hear this: you are still worthy of love, of joy, of everything still ahead of you.

Part of healing is learning to see yourself again - not only as the woman who lost someone she deeply loved, but as the woman who is still here. Still standing. Still becoming.

If you’re in that in-between place right now, you’re not alone in it. 💚

This week, ask yourself: where is your grief living in you today? Does it exist in your stomach? In your throat? In your heart?

Bringing awareness to where your grief is located can help you honor it. And by honoring your grief, you can then learn how to release it.

Take a moment to check in with yourself this week - and if you're comfortable, share in the comments where you feel it. This community is here for you. 🤍

Losing my husband placed me on a path I never imagined I'd have to walk.

My own journey through grief inspired me to create something to help other widows navigate theirs - so they feel supported along the way. 🤍

That's how Guided Grief Solutions experience came to be. It's built for widows, by someone who understands exactly what this path feels like - and it's coming soon.

If you or someone you love is walking this road, follow along. You don't have to do this alone.

Identity of Loss: Reclaiming Your Whole Self

In a short window of time, I performed CPR on my husband, planned a funeral and celebration of life, and gave birth to our second child.

Five months later, I made the decision to create the Guided Grief Solutions™ experience to support fellow widows.

Wonder what kept me moving forward and healing? Connecting with "self" and upgrading my energy.

Grief doesn't just take the person you loved. Sometimes it takes the identity you built around them. Reclaiming your whole self isn't about going back to who you were; it's about discovering who you are now.

SAVE THIS. SHARE THIS. EMPOWER OTHERS.

If you're a widow in the middle of rebuilding, we see you, and we're here.

What if you consciously created a morning self-connection ritual?

As a single mother of two little girls, I need a ritual that doesn't require a long period of time. Here's what works for me:

🌿 Setting intentions to heal with an open heart ❤️ Deep breathing (in through the nose, out through the mouth) Saying three daily affirmations aloud 🙏 A prayer of gratitude. Grief and motherhood don't leave much spare time, but even a few conscious minutes each morning can change how I carry myself throughout the rest of the day.

As you navigate grief, making space to reconnect with yourself can be a powerful part of healing.

What does your morning self-connection ritual look like? We'd love to hear it in the comments.
