I've gotten 27 BODi Badges since BODi started them on March 1st, 2022. I just got this one yesterday after I admitted that I only did two strength workouts in May. To make up for it, I started June by going back to one of my favorite programs, Job 1. I think that the badge is telling me to not look back!

I had to admit in my Running for a Lifetime blog that I only completed two strength workouts in May. Between running, hiking, and walking Maggie the Dog, strength training ended up on the back burner.

Thankfully, Jennifer Jacobs welcomed me back to Job 1 today with open arms! 💪

June is off to a much better start.

I ended last week with over 30 miles of running, hiking, and walking. I did three walks with my daughter's dog on Memorial Day while she was sleeping and getting ready for another 12-hour overnight shift at the hospital. Today was a morning walk with Maggie, a run after that, and another walk before some rain comes to Albuquerque. That's Maggie and my run this morning.
