Our therapists let us in on something. Most members sign up for the price and only find out about the other benefits later.

What people love most depends on who you ask. Jo says it’s the discount on extras. Ruth says it’s having your treatments already booked in, exactly when you want.

Carrie has a theory about the six-monthly massage.

It’s the most expensive one you can have.

Everything she starts loosening up in that hour starts tightening back up again the moment you’re back at your desk. Leave it six months and it’s all back where it was, plus a bit more. So she starts again from square one.

Come every month and she’s building on last time. Same shoulder, but this time looser. Or the other one, because she’s noticed you’ve started turning your whole body to look over your shoulder.

One of our members was talking to us about her love of walking, being outdoors and having the energy to enjoy it all. Regular treatments have become part of how she looks after herself.

She feels that having therapists who know her and adapt treatments to what she needs has helped her recover faster from surgery too. There’s trust, familiarity and someone to talk to if aches and pains appear.
