Emma is a Level 6 OCN-accredited sleep consultant and the founder of 🧸
💤 Her journey into sleep support began when her eldest daughter, Elouise, woke hourly for much of her first year. Like many exhausted parents, Emma searched for answers, only to find advice that didn’t sit right with her, particularly approaches that involved leaving babies to cry!
📚 Determined to find a gentler way, she immersed herself in evidence-based sleep education and went on to complete a degree-level qualification in infant and child sleep.
🛏️ Emma believes that sleep is never just about one thing. Taking a holistic approach, she helps families understand all the pieces of the sleep puzzle, from routines and development to temperament, emotions, and family circumstances. Every family she works with receives personalised support tailored to their child and parenting values.
💕 As a mum of two girls and someone who has spent 17 years working in Trust, Emma has a particular passion for supporting working parents who are trying to navigate broken nights alongside the demands of work and family life.
🌛 Emma helps families overcome challenges such as frequent night wakings, bedtime battles, nap struggles, nursery transitions, and returning to work, using gradual, responsive, evidence-based approaches that support both better sleep and emotional wellbeing.
🤱🏽 Emma and I also work together with breastfeeding families to ensure that they receive advice that compliments their feeding journey, as well as supporting them with sleep. Emma is an experienced breastfeeding mum herself, so she gets it!
