Senior Consultant Emergency Medicine Physician Dr. Trudy Weekes joins the team as Lead Physician.

we pride ourselves in having an expertly-trained team of experienced doctors on hand to deliver optimal healthcare outcomes. Dr. Weekes will be conducting clinics focused on the management on chronic health conditions, women and men’s health and urgent care from Monday through Saturday.

Dr. Trudy Weekes has a medical career spanning over two decades which has seen her successfully complete a post-graduate doctoral degree in Emergency Medicine.

Beyond her qualifications, Dr. Weekes is beloved by her patients and is known for her warmth and excellent bedside manner.

A friend and now a business partner, Dr. Weekes is a valued asset to the One Wellness Team and also to the wider community.

I’m Dr. Crystal Haynes, founder of and I’m absolutely elated to guide and support you on your health and wellness journey.

I am a fully registered medical practitioner with over 15 years of experience across a number of specialized fields including 7 years in ophthalmic surgery. I discovered my passion for medical aesthetics 7 years ago and have pursued my training in advanced non-surgical aesthetics at the highest levels, having completed a Fellowship in Aesthetic Medicine from the prestigious Harley Street Institute in London 2 years ago.

More recently, I’ve delved into the wellness space becoming certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Nutrition Coaching through Harvard Medical School.
