Established my own office for architecture and consultancy in which I had continued to develop the following experience:
Designing buildings; commercial and residential starting from site selection, conceptual design to architectural design. Supervising construction phase to completion, taking into consideration safety, usefulness, feasibility and aesthetics. Working closely with a range of professionals including surveyors, engineers, builders, contractors and interior designers, and with officials from local planning and building control departments. Remodeling existing structures. Full in-house architecture starting from space planning to check interior hardware and fixtures. Planning, building permits and surveying documentation follow up. Field inspection, site management and supervision. Provide technical direction and assign work to architects and drafters who assist on specific assignments. Budget preparation, maintenance and scheduling. Keeping within financial budgets and time deadlines. Producing detailed drawings from which costing are made. Quality assurance of submittal documents. Training interns and fresh graduates.
