All are welcome, no experience is necessary. Come as you are. 😌
💗 By creating community, no matter how small, we create little pockets of love and light throughout the world. We strengthen ourselves, support each other, and stand in solidarity with the forces of compassionate justice that our world needs now more than ever. 🌟
Each 30 minute session will follow a simple pattern of:

🪷 guided meditation or teaching
🪷 time for sharing
🪷 closing and reflections
