What I like about art therapy is that it’s unpretentious and everyone can do it. It’s not about art itself.

Art becomes a medium for self discovery. We learn to understand color codes of our emotions, meanings behind symbols, the character of our interactions with the tools provided.

Our Sapporo events are for adults and kids hosted in various locations in Sapporo.

Next event in Sapporo April 29.

Thank you everyone who came for mandala and wish map workshop with sound healing yesterday at Hokkai-Ji temple,
Suskino, Sapporo. We had such a warm and relaxing atmosphere, welcoming hosts and enthusiastic participants.

Preparimg for the mandala workshop we will be holding on December 13. Practicing mandala analysis with my new friends at a health and wellness retreat center in Dagestan, Russia.
Love to interpret the shapes, symbols and colors of mandalas.
