🩷 August 1–7 is World Breastfeeding Week. 🩷
This week, we're sharing practical breastfeeding tips to help make your pumping journey a little easier.
🍼 Did You Know?
If your breast pump doesn't seem to work as well as it used to, the pump itself may not be the problem.
Over time, parts such as valves, membranes, tubing, and other accessories naturally wear out. As they lose their shape or elasticity, your pump may produce less suction and become less efficient. Manufacturers recommend replacing these parts regularly to help maintain optimal performance.
Signs it may be time to replace your pump parts:
✔ Reduced suction
✔ Lower milk output than usual
✔ Cracked, stretched, or discolored parts
✔ Moisture inside the tubing
✔ Visible wear on valves or membranes
Regular maintenance can help keep your breast pump performing at its best.
At JANZ Medical Supply, we're here to help you find the breast pump and accessories that fit your needs.
