Across Kapchorua, members of Timobo Group gather at their demonstration farm with purpose. Using agro-ecology practices, they blend compost and prepare liquid manure, simple, natural inputs that restore soil life and reduce dependence on costly chemicals.
Each activity becomes a learning space, strengthening their confidence as they raise food security for their households and community. This is how empowerment grows: one nutrient-rich handful at a time.
When farmers learn to nourish the soil, the soil learns to nourish the community. Timobo MPG continues to demonstrate what sustainable farming looks like in Nandi County, practical, empowering and future-focused. 🌾
